A personal vehicle headed for Migori rammed into a canter and other vehicles on the Kisii-Migori Highway after a suspected brake failure
Six others sustained injuries of varied degrees on the head, mouth, chest, legs and hands, and were rushed to the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital for treatment
Four fatalities have been confirmed in a tragic road crash at a spot on the Kisii-Migori Highway on the dawn of Saturday, June 15.
Police said the crash happened near the Choma Choma Lounge along the busy road.
What caused Kisii accident?
An Isuzu car heading to a local market lost control after an apparent brake failure, ramming into other vehicles; a Canter, a Toyota Harrier, a Nissan and a TVS motorcycle.
The deceased quartet comprised a police officer and guard of Ohangla musician popularly known as Prince Indah. Six others sustained injuries of varied degrees -in the head, mouth, legs, hands and chest- and were rushed to the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital.
The deceased’s bodies were taken to the hospital’s morgue. The accident came a week after another one in Nakuru’s Mai Mahiu township.
