Githurai has descended into chaos as night falls, with fire and smoke enveloping the area. The protests, which began as a daytime demonstration, have escalated dramatically, showing no signs of abating despite the late hour.

The streets are filled with the sounds of shouting and the crackling of flames, creating an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty.

Buildings and vehicles have been set ablaze, with the fires casting an eerie glow over the neighborhood. The acrid smell of burning materials permeates the air, making it difficult to breathe.

Emergency services are struggling to keep up with the numerous fire outbreaks, and the residents are left to fend for themselves amid the growing pandemonium.

Protesters, fueled by anger and frustration, continue to clash with law enforcement, who are attempting to restore order.

Barricades have been erected, and the sound of sirens mixes with the cries of those caught in the turmoil. The situation in Githurai is dire, with no clear resolution in sight.

Community leaders and local authorities are urging for calm and restraint, emphasizing the need for peaceful dialogue. However, their calls are drowned out by the intensity of the unrest.

The escalation of the protests into the night signals a critical juncture, with the potential for further violence and destruction looming large.
