MP Eric Wamumbi Alleges Hotel in Nairobi Linked to Staged Abductions
In a shocking development, Mathira Member of Parliament Eric Wamumbi has raised serious allegations regarding the ongoing abductions in Kenya.
In a letter addressed to the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Wamumbi claims that some individuals may be staging their own abductions to stir up chaos in the country.
He specifically points to a hotel in Nairobi where he believes secret meetings are taking place to plan these self-abductions.
Wamumbi’s letter reads: “I am writing to request an investigation into the activities happening at Olive Gardens Hotel in relation to the current discussion surrounding abductions.”
He continued, expressing sympathy for the parents whose children have gone missing, but also suggesting that certain people are using the hotel to organize fake abductions intended to provoke unrest among the public.
He ends the letter by urging the DCI to take action, saying, “Your positive response will be highly appreciated.”
Olive Gardens Hotel, which has now become the center of this controversy, has previously been associated with former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
During his defense before the National Assembly in October 2024, as he faced impeachment charges, Gachagua confirmed that the hotel once belonged to his late brother, Hon. Nderitu Gachagua.
He firmly denied owning it, stating, “The allegations that I own Olive Gardens Hotel are false. It belonged to my deceased brother, and the family has since sold it.”
This new twist raises further questions about the abductions in Kenya and whether they are being orchestrated by individuals with a particular agenda.
As investigations continue, many are left wondering if the truth will be uncovered or if more alarming revelations will emerge.
