Eight Auctioneers to Sell Vehicles, Motorcycles, and Televisions Across Kenya
Eight different auctioneers in Nairobi, Migori, and various parts of the coastal region have announced plans to auction a wide range of items, including motor vehicles, motorcycles, and household electronics, within the next 30 days. The public has been advised to claim their property before the scheduled sales take place.
According to a gazette notice issued on Friday, August 8, Devine Solution announced that they will be disposing of two unclaimed television sets currently stored at their premises. The sale is expected to take place within 30 days if the rightful owners do not come forward.
Sofina Auctioneers also issued several announcements. In Uriri, the company plans to auction two uncollected Mitsubishi vehicles currently held at the Uriri Police Station. In addition, Sofina will sell more than 20 motor vehicles and motorcycles located in Sotik within the next month.
The cars to be auctioned include Toyota Mark X, Nissan X-Trail Scrape, Mazda, Toyota Probox, and Peugeot models. Motorcycle brands up for sale include TVS, Boxer, Bajaj, and Bajaj variants.
In Kehancha, Sofina will also auction motorcycles of similar brands that have been lying idle, as well as motorcycles currently stored at the Mbita Police Station.
At the same station, several unclaimed vehicles, including Nissan Sunnys and Mazda models, will also be sold within the same 30-day window.
Windsor House Auctioneers announced that they will be selling 18 motorcycles, 15 boxes, four Haujin motorcycles, and other unclaimed goods from the Watamu Police Station. The motorcycles available include Boxer and Haujin brands.
The auction will take place within the next month unless the owners reclaim their property. Windsor will also dispose of seven motorcycles, including Jinchen, Skygo, and Yamaha brands, that have been left uncollected at the Tawa Police Station.
Petrifriend Auctioneers stated that they will be auctioning over 20 motorcycles and motor vehicles within 14 days from the Mwatate Police Station. The motorcycles include Kingbird, Bajaj, and Boxer brands, along with three bicycles.
The motor vehicles to be sold include Mazda, Toyota Probox, Toyota Saloon, Toyota Wish, and Isuzu models.
Blackbird Storage and Auction Yard Limited has also announced that it will sell 15 motor vehicles within 30 days if the owners fail to collect them. The sale could be done through either public auction or private treaty.
The list of vehicles includes Nissan, Iveco Euro Cargo, Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Honda Airwave, Toyota ACE, Hyundai, Nissan Caravan, Nissan AD, BMW, Nissan Serena, Nissan Vanette, DAF CF, FAW Fighter, Mitsubishi FH, and Daihatsu Mira.
Jakisumu Auto Garage in Nairobi has revealed plans to dispose of a Mitsubishi L200 currently at their yard, either through public auction, tender, or private treaty.
Finally, Janjo Yard in Nairobi has given notice that a Toyota Kluger in their possession will be sold if it remains unclaimed. The disposal will also be done either via public auction, tender, or private treaty.
Members of the public who have lost property matching these descriptions are urged to contact the respective auctioneers or police stations as soon as possible to reclaim their items before the sales proceed.
