President William Ruto today broke his silence following the shocking fatal shooting of a well-known city lawyer.

The Head of State described the incident as deeply concerning and painful, noting that the loss of life in such a manner has shaken many Kenyans. He expressed sympathy to the family of the lawyer and assured the public that justice will be pursued without delay.

Ruto revealed that investigations into the shooting are already underway, and he emphasized that security agencies have been directed to move with speed in tracking down the perpetrators.

He made it clear that his administration will not tolerate criminal acts that endanger the lives of innocent people or attempt to create fear among citizens.

The President also assured Kenyans that the government is fully committed to ensuring safety and restoring public confidence.

He explained that the tragic killing of the lawyer highlights the need to strengthen law enforcement efforts and provide the public with better protection from violent crime.

Ruto promised that those found guilty will face the full force of the law and called on Kenyans to remain calm as investigations continue.

In his remarks, Ruto underlined that Kenya belongs to all its people, and no one should feel unsafe in their own country.

He pledged that his government will continue working tirelessly to safeguard every citizen, stressing that security is a priority and that no stone will be left unturned in bringing those responsible for the lawyer’s death to justice.
