Mr Seed Reflects on Survival and Growth After Near-Fatal Car Accident One Year Prior! Kenyan singer Mr Seed recently marked one year since surviving a devastating car accident that nearly took his life. Sharing memories and photos on social media, he recalled the traumatic event of April 29th, 2022 that left him forever changed. While immensely grateful to have been spared by God, recovery was a difficult road that tested his strength and support system.

The accident occurred as Mr Seed and his crew were traveling to Nanyuki to view land. Tragically, one person did not survive – his photographer and friend Ambrose Khan. For the musician, the impacts of the accident lingered both physically and mentally in its aftermath. He suffered brain shrinkage from a serious head injury and required ongoing therapy, sometimes experiencing troubling mental blankouts.

Through it all, having his devoted wife Nimo by his side proved instrumental in Mr Seed’s recovery process. With her support, he devoted himself to regaining his health and returning stronger to the stage. The date of the accident now marked forever on his left hand via tattoo, it served as a dire reminder of his fragile mortality as well as second chance granted.

One year on, Mr Seed is a living testimony of survival and perseverance. The motivating experience only fueled his dedication to advancing his career further. While still navigating challenges, he has made immense strides both personally and professionally. Most importantly, the musician celebrates everyday moments with renewed gratitude and zeal for life faced with its uncertainties.

Today, Mr Seed has proven that even in our darkest valleys, hope remains if we refuse to surrender. His story serves as inspiration for all weathering life’s storms to keep rising up with faith, courage and community. Most of all, he pays tribute to the friend lost on that fateful day through the gift of each breath since.
