CS Murkomen Pens Message To President Ruto After Unexpected Dismissal: Former Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Has Thanked the Head of state for according him an opportunity to serve as his cabinet secretary.

He wrote,”It has been my greatest privilege and honor to serve my country as a Cabinet Secretary in charge of Roads & Transport.

Thank you Mr. President for giving me the opportunity. God bless you and God bless Kenya.”

Today President Ruto dissolved his cabinet, leaving behind Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi.

The head of state underscored that the changes will pave the way for the formation of a “broad-based Government”.

The President stated that he had acted after an extensive appraisal of the Cabinet performance.

He noted that he will consult different sectors and political formations to identify those who will assist him in accelerating Kenya’s transformation.

President Ruto said he was keen on the implementation of radical programmes to deal with corruption, debt, domestic resources, jobs and wastage in Government.

“During this process, the operations of government will continue uninterrupted under the guidance of Principal Secretaries and other relevant officials,” he said.
