The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has confirmed a chilling discovery at the Kware dumpsite in Mukuru kwa Njenga, Nairobi, where six bodies, all female, were found under disturbing circumstances.

Director of Criminal Investigations Mohamed Amin reported that the bodies were discovered wrapped in nylon papers and secured with nylon ropes, indicating a deliberate attempt to conceal the identities of the victims and the gruesome nature of their deaths.

“The bodies, all female, were found in various stages of decomposition,” stated Amin, underscoring the severity of the crime scene.

The discovery came following an urgent call from the public in the Villa area of Mukuru kwa Njenga earlier today.

Law enforcement swiftly responded, with Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) personnel from Embakasi securing the area and retrieving the bodies for further forensic examination.

The quarry, now filled with water and serving as a dumpsite, provided a somber backdrop to the unfolding investigation.

“The bodies have been transported to the Nairobi Funeral Home, also known as City Mortuary, for postmortem examinations,” Amin confirmed.

Homicide detectives and forensic specialists are actively analyzing samples collected from the scene to determine the identities of the victims and gather evidence crucial to solving the case.
