In a recent press briefing, President William Ruto addressed the tragic discovery of multiple bodies at a quarry in Mukuru kwa Njenga.

He expressed deep condolences to the families affected by this harrowing event and assured that thorough investigations are underway.

Ruto emphasized the government’s commitment to uncovering the truth behind these deaths and holding those responsible accountable.

He also highlighted ongoing efforts to improve security in the area to prevent such incidents in the future.

President Ruto urged the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and other security agencies to expedite their search for the perpetrators of these heinous crimes.

He stressed the importance of swift justice to reassure the community and deter future criminal activities.

The President called for increased collaboration among various security agencies to ensure a comprehensive and effective response.

Furthermore, President Ruto acknowledged the concerns of Mukuru kwa Njenga residents regarding their safety and well-being.

Ruto also encouraged community members to cooperate with law enforcement agencies by providing any information that could aid in the investigations.

In addition, the President highlighted the broader security challenges facing the nation and reiterated his administration’s commitment to addressing them.

He pointed to ongoing reforms in the security sector aimed at enhancing the capacity and efficiency of law enforcement agencies.

Ruto assured the public that the government is determined to create a safe and secure environment for all citizens.
