President William Ruto on Wednesday unveiled his second batch of Cabinet nominees, notably omitting a number of his previously dismissed Cabinet Secretaries.
Among those not named were;
- Moses Kuria, who served as the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service
- Peninah Malonza, who was in charge of the East African Community docket.
- Aisha Jumwa, the former CS for Gender and Culture
- National Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung’u
- Zacharia Njeru who served as Water and Irrigation CS
- Mithika Linturi (Agriculture and Livestock)
- Ezekiel Machogu (Education)
- Ababu Namwamba (Sports)
- Simon Chelugui (Micro and Small Enterprises).
Florance Bore, who was until her dismissal the CS for Labour and Social Protection, did not make the cut, nor did Eliud Owalo (ICT) and Susan Nakhumicha (Health).
