A tragic incident unfolded in Kampala when a driver, under the influence of alcohol, caused multiple accidents involving boda bodas.

The first collision occurred at the Kabalagala junction, where the driver knocked down a boda boda rider.

Attempting to flee the scene, the driver continued recklessly, leading to a devastating crash at Kansanga market.

Here, a female passenger on a boda boda lost her life, with graphic injuries that exposed her femurs, leaving witnesses in shock and horror.

Despite the severity of the accident, the driver tried to escape once again, only to crash into more parked boda bodas near the UK Mall stage.

His actions attracted the attention of a large crowd, including other boda riders, who quickly became outraged and formed a mob intent on delivering justice on the spot.

Tensions were high, and the situation grew increasingly dangerous as the mob prepared to attack the driver.

Fortunately, the police arrived just in time to intervene, saving the driver from the wrath of the angry mob.

This incident highlights the growing frustrations among boda riders and the broader community, who are fed up with reckless drivers causing fatal accidents.

Similar incidents of boda riders clashing with authorities over road safety concerns have been reported, as they call for stricter enforcement of traffic laws to protect their lives.
