In a shocking incident, a lorry carrying building stones overturned while traveling from Kenol to Murang’a, leaving the driver stranded and in need of urgent assistance.
Instead of offering help, local residents quickly gathered at the scene but not for the reason one might expect.
Within minutes, they started looting the stones from the overturned vehicle, ignoring the plight of the injured driver.
Witnesses report that the situation escalated as more people joined in, taking advantage of the chaos.
The overturned lorry had blocked part of the road, but this did little to deter the looters, who carried away as many stones as they could manage.
Some bystanders expressed dismay at the lack of concern for the driver, who was left to his own devices until emergency services eventually arrived.

Authorities have since launched an investigation, condemning the actions of the looters and urging the public to assist accident victims rather than exploit unfortunate situations.
