Babu Owino Insists He Won’t Join William Ruto’s Gov’t after ODM Gets CS Slots: “I Remain Steadfast” Watch

Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili, also known as Babu Owino, has confirmed that he will not join President William Ruto’s government.

On July 24, Babu Owino expressed good wishes to ODM party members who had joined the government and bid them farewell.

He emphasized his commitment to standing with the Kenyan people during the ongoing political crisis.

Babu Owino promised to provide a detailed response about his future actions to his supporters later.

In his statement on Wednesday, July 24, Babu Owino made it clear that he would not be part of President Ruto’s administration.

He wished those from the ODM party who had joined the government well and said goodbye to them.

Babu Owino stressed that he would continue to support the Kenyan people during this political crisis.

He promised to give a full explanation to his supporters about his future plans soon.

“I remain committed to standing with the People of Kenya. To those who have left the opposition to join the government, goodbye. I will release my official statement tomorrow. The struggle continues,” he wrote.
