During the ordination ceremony of Bishop Peter Kimani at St. Peter and Paul Cathedral in Embu, Archbishop Anthony Muheria stirred the crowd with his acknowledgment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

The moment was marked by enthusiastic cheers and applause from attendees, reflecting the public’s strong reception of Gachagua’s presence.

This recognition underscored his prominence at the event, attended by political and religious leaders, including President William Ruto and former President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Archbishop Muheria highlighted the collaborative role of leaders in supporting the Church and fostering unity in the region.

This acknowledgment of Gachagua, alongside other dignitaries, showcased the interwoven relationship between religious and political leadership in Kenya, particularly at significant cultural and religious ceremonies.

The event was not only a spiritual milestone but also a reflection of the ongoing political dynamics within the region, where leaders from different spectrums came together in solidarity.
