Several people are currently in critical condition after a road accident involving a matatu and a truck along the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway.
The collision took place in the afternoon on Monday, January 13, at Rironi, which led to a massive traffic jam and disrupted transport activities on the busy highway.
Paramedics from St John Ambulance were the first responders at the scene. They quickly provided emergency treatment to the victims, stabilizing them before rushing them to the hospital for further medical care.
The victims’ injuries were described as severe, with many being in critical condition.
