According to a notice released on Monday, August 25, HELB confirmed that borrowers can easily view their loan information through the loanee portal or the mobile app.

“You can conveniently check your loan balance and download your statement from the HELB Portal at helb.co.ke/loanees-portal,” the notice stated. “All you need to do is log in, navigate to the self-serve tab, and select the loan statement option.”
