How to Win Ksh 50,000 or a Plot of Land This January with KCB Bank

KCB Group is starting the year with an exciting incentive to help boost your savings goals! This year, they are offering some amazing prizes, including a plot of land and other rewards to lucky customers.

The promotion, which runs until May, is part of KCB’s campaign to reward customers who use the KCB Goal Savings Account — the top savings account in Kenya for earning high interest. As part of the campaign, KCB will be giving away various prizes like school fees, paid dinners, goats for Easter (mbuzi), and fuel vouchers.

For the month of January, KCB will draw 50 lucky winners who will each walk away with Ksh 50,000. The draw will be held on Thursday, January 16, so you could start the year with a financial boost for school fees or other expenses.

But that’s not all! In February, 14 customers will win a Ksh 14,000 Valentine’s dinner voucher for a romantic night at Sarova Stanley. Then, in March, 50 winners will receive a Ksh 10,000 fuel voucher to help with travel costs.

The campaign continues with 30 lucky customers winning Easter goats (mbuzi) worth Ksh 15,000 to make the Easter celebrations even more special.

The grand prize of the campaign is a plot of land located at Kingswood Park in Vipingo. On May 6, one lucky customer will be the proud owner of this property.

This promotion is open to both new and existing customers of the KCB Goal Savings Account. However, corporate accounts, MPESA Agents, and KCB Bank employees are not eligible to participate in this offer.

How to Participate

There are two different ways to participate, depending on whether you are a new or existing customer of KCB Goal Savings Accounts.

For New Customers:

  1. Open a KCB Goal Savings Account.
  2. Choose your savings goal from the drop-down menu.
  3. Make an initial deposit of at least Ksh 5,000 into the account.
  4. Make a monthly deposit of at least Ksh 2,500 to keep your account active and maintain eligibility for the prizes.

For Existing Customers:

  1. You need to make monthly deposits of at least Ksh 2,500 into your existing Goal Savings Account throughout the promotion period.
  2. Visit the nearest KCB branch to update your savings goal to one of the available options that aligns with your financial aspirations.

Please note: Internal transfers from other KCB accounts will not count towards the promotion’s requirements. To qualify for the grand prize of the plot of land, customers must choose either “plot purchase” or “house purchase” as their goal purpose.

KCB will notify the winners via SMS or through a phone call from the KCB Contact Centre at 0711087000 or 0732187000. Additionally, winners will be announced on KCB’s official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Winners must claim all monthly prizes within three months from the end of the promotion. After that period, the prizes will be forfeited. Please be aware that missed calls or calls that go to voicemail will not be considered valid for the promotion.

So, make sure to open your KCB Goal Savings Account, deposit regularly, and you could be one of the lucky winners this January!
