Zuchu Puts Diamond on the Spot During Live Performance! Tanzanian singing star Zuchu took her on-again-off-again boyfriend Diamond Platnumz by surprise during a recent joint concert appearance. While performing their hit duet “Mtasubiri” together in front of an enthusiastic crowd, the “Kwi Kwi” hitmaker boldly questioned the Wasafi CEO on his long-term intentions.

The lyrics typically see Diamond asking if Zuchu loves and wants him, if she’ll have his child – to which she replies yes. However, this time when he asked if she trusts him, Zuchu shook her head no.
She then turned the tables and posed the all-important query to Diamond: “Unanioa lini?”, meaning “When will you marry me?”. The audience erupted into cheers as a surprised yet smiling Diamond laughed off the confrontation. Zuchu pressed further, instructing the revelers to chant “Oea yeye!” – marry her.
This caught the Bossy hitmaker completely off-guard in front of thousands of keen spectators. The duo have endured an on-off relationship for years while facing marriage rumors. But this was the first time Zuchu openly demanded clarity on their status before such a massive platform.
