In a highly anticipated statement, rapper Madtraxx has broken his silence regarding the serious allegations of domestic abuse made by his wife of five years, Salma Hussein.
During an interview, Madtraxx conveyed a sense of relief, describing his departure from what he characterized as a toxic relationship.
On Friday, June 7, Salma took to Instagram, bravely sharing her harrowing ordeal through revealing photos of bruises and a dated medical report, shedding light on her experience.
The report paints a grim picture of the alleged abuse, providing detailed insights into Salma’s life over the past decade with the Madtraxx.
She expressed her shock: “Never did I imagine I’d endure such violence… but I ended up with a monster!! All hail, Madtraxx!”
A decade of torment: “My entire existence marred by anxiety, fear, and trauma! All because of him! #A Decade with an Abuser!”
Alongside her personal testimony, Hussein shared a comprehensive array of documents, including a doctor’s report and a police OB report.
The doctor’s report, dated 2021, outlines extensive injuries including ecchymosis around the left eye, bruising on her upper limbs and knees, soft tissue injury to the head, and scratch marks on her left leg, revealing a pattern of abuse spanning years.
In light of the accusations, Madtraxx offered his perspective, underscoring his eagerness to leave behind what he contends was a toxic dynamic.
Madtraxx refrained from casting aspersions on her, citing her role as the mother of his children, yet he expressed relief at extricating himself from what he characterizes as a toxic situation.
“I don’t want to speak negatively about her because she’s the mother of my children, but I’m glad I’m out of that toxic situation… I’m glad that’s behind me,” he stated.
Additionally, Madtraxx voiced perplexity regarding Salma’s motivations, implying she seeks to incite a reaction from him. “I don’t know what she’s trying to achieve. She’s trying to get a reaction out of me. It’s all in the past and now she’s trying to bring it back up to drag me into her toxic trail.”
Madtraxx countered the timeline of the events described by Salma, asserting that none of the alleged abuse is presently occurring.
“None of what she shared is happening right now, I think she’s just hurting because we’re not together. She’s in the past. The kids and I are moving forward,” stated Madtraxx.
He also highlighted what he perceives as Salma’s abandonment of their children, adding another layer of complexity to their already troubled relationship.
“Kwanza ame abandon watoi,” he remarked, expressing apprehension about her lack of involvement in their children’s lives.
After exchanging vows in an opulent private ceremony in 2018, attended by their closest family and friends, along with their two daughters, the couple is now embroiled in a public and deeply distressing conflict.
