Limuru MP John Kiragu Chege has come under intense scrutiny following allegations that he orchestrated an attack on Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua during a recent burial ceremony in Limuru.

Reports suggest that hired goons disrupted the event, specifically targeting the dignitaries’ tent where Gachagua was seated.

In response to these allegations, local residents confronted MP Kiragu, expressing their dissatisfaction with his purported involvement in the incident.

A TikTok video captures the moment when angry Limuru locals confronted the MP over the disruptive tactics at the event.

This incident has sparked widespread condemnation, with many Kenyans voicing their frustration over the use of violence in political disputes.

The situation remains tense as constituents await further clarification on MP Kiragu’s role in the attack and call for accountability from their leaders.
