Breaking: Orengo Beaten Badly Escapes DEATH From Govt Goons AT funeral in Kisumu! Watch

Reports and videos circulating online claim that James Orengo was heckled and briefly disrupted during a burial ceremony in Kisumu by a group of youths chanting “Tutam.”

The incident allegedly happened in the presence of Gladys Wanga and other ODM-allied leaders.

Several social media clips and YouTube livestreams show a tense political atmosphere at the funeral, with rival political chants interrupting speeches. Some videos claim the chants were linked to divisions emerging within ODM and the broader opposition politics in the Nyanza region.

According to posts shared online, supporters allied to different factions reportedly exchanged chants as Orengo attempted to address mourners. The phrase “Tutam” was repeatedly shouted by sections of the crowd, forcing security and organizers to intervene to calm the situation.

The incident has sparked political debate online because Orengo has recently been viewed as taking a tougher stand on certain national political arrangements, while leaders such as Gladys Wanga and others are seen as maintaining closer cooperation within the ODM leadership structure.

Analysts and online commentators are interpreting the burial chaos as another sign of growing political tensions ahead of future political realignments in the region.

However, it is important to note that most of the currently available reports are coming from social media pages, livestreams, blogs, and YouTube channels.

By now, there has been limited detailed reporting from major mainstream Kenyan media houses confirming the full sequence of events independently.
